About us and these terms

Welcome: Hi, we are Adnn Studio. We provide freelance and collaborative creative services for businesses, brands and individuals who need thoughtful visual work.
About us: Adnn Studio works across logo design, brand identity, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, 3D design and web development. These terms explain how enquiries, projects, creative work and communication are handled through this website.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a project. A project begins only after scope, pricing, timeline and payment terms are discussed and accepted.

Project enquiries

Sending an enquiry: When you submit a form or contact us by email, phone or message, you are inviting us to review your project requirement.
Acceptance: We may accept, decline or request more information before starting any work. We may decline requests that are outside our scope, availability or comfort.
Accuracy: Clients are responsible for sharing clear project details, brand materials, references, deadlines and feedback. Delays in information can affect delivery timelines.

Creative services

Our services may include logo design, brand identity systems, posters, social media design, motion graphics, video editing, 3D visualization, landing pages, website design and website development.

Each service is handled as a custom creative project. The exact deliverables, revisions, file formats and timelines will depend on the agreed scope.

Pricing and payment

Quotations: Prices are shared after understanding the project scope. A quotation may change if the scope, deadline or deliverables change.
Advance payment: Some projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
Final payment: Final files, source files or live handover may be shared only after pending payment is completed.
Invoices: Invoices or payment summaries may be provided digitally through email or the client workflow used for the project.

Revisions and delivery

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Extra revisions, new concepts, major changes or additional formats may require additional charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may depend on client feedback, content availability, project complexity and third-party tools or platforms.

Intellectual property

Drafts, concepts, unused directions, working files and previews remain the property of Adnn Studio unless agreed otherwise.

Final approved deliverables may be used by the client after full payment, according to the agreed project scope. Source files, editable files or raw assets are not automatically included unless specified.

Portfolio display rights may be retained by Adnn Studio unless a confidential or white-label arrangement is agreed before the project begins.

Client materials

Clients must ensure that any images, logos, videos, fonts, music, text or brand materials shared with us are owned by them or properly licensed for use.

Adnn Studio is not responsible for copyright issues caused by materials supplied by the client.

Third-party tools and platforms

Some projects may use hosting providers, plugins, stock assets, fonts, AI tools, payment services, analytics or other third-party platforms. Their own terms, pricing and technical limitations may apply.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. Information submitted through this website is used only to respond to enquiries, discuss projects, prepare quotations, communicate during work and maintain project records.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, uploaded materials and communication history if you voluntarily provide them.
